Operation Guide
8-Step Operation Flow
Install Battery
Locate the battery compartment on the rear side.
Remove the cover, install 4 x AAA/UM-4 batteries following the +/- indicators, then replace the cover.
Supports dry or rechargeable batteries. Note: Do not connect a charger or power bank if using dry batteries.
Switch On
The power switch is on the right-side center. Slide to "1" to power on, "0" to power off.
Auto Scan
Upon powering on, the device automatically scans for wireless video signals from 900 MHz to 6.0 GHz.
LED Displays:
Upper row: Scanning band indication (three blue LEDs for 1.2 GHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz) and low battery warning (red LED when power is low).
Lower row: Scanning and image lock status (green LEDs shuttle during scan; stay fixed when image is locked).
Image Display
When a signal is detected, the image appears on the 2.5-inch LCD screen, with the frequency shown at the bottom-left.
Display duration depends on signal strength. The screen turns off to save power when switching frequencies, reactivating for the next detected signal.
Lock Image
Press and hold the (+) button on the left for over 1.5 seconds when a significant image is detected.
A beep confirms lock. Scanning stops, LEDs stay fixed, and the frequency blinks in black and white.
Fine Tune Image
Use the (+/-) buttons on the left to adjust resolution after locking an image.
Each press of (+) increases the frequency (beep); each press of (-) decreases it (beep).
Audio Demodulation
Plug the earphone into the top-right jack to hear audio.
If no audio is heard, press and hold (-) for 1.5 seconds to switch audio frequency:
L: 6.5 MHz (beep once)
R: 6.0 MHz (beep again)
Most wireless cameras use 6.0/6.5 MHz. If no audio is detected, the camera may not have audio output.
Unlock Image
Press and hold (+) on the left for 1.5 seconds to resume scanning.
A beep confirms unlock. LEDs blink, and the frequency hides until a new image is detected.
Additional Functions
Video/Audio Output
The top-right jack supports both earphone and AV output.
Connect the AV cable to a DVR to record scanned images and audio.
